BioSteel Centre
The BioSteel Centre is a basketball practice facility under construction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Scheduled to open in February 2016, the facility will be home to the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association, and will be run by the team's owners, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
==History==
In November 2013 it was reported that MLSE had contracted an architect to design a new practice facility for the Raptors. The team had trained on a practice court located in the ACC since its opening in 1999, and a new facility would allow this space to be repurposed into a restaurant or nightclub.〔〔 An agreement was reached with the City of Toronto to construct the facility at the city-owned Exhibition Place.
